D&E 0.3.2

Changelog:

• Earthwind dungeon added unlocking level 4 and reruns for it. The boss fight is quite different from everything seen before.
• 5 new items.
• 3 new sex scenes, Evnah, Lizard priestess and Kiara.
• 2 of the new scenes have choices inside them, leading to different variations of the scene.
• More balancing and bugfixing.

This is the last version of the old combat system and I must say the new one is a real improvement of the gameplay, you will all see it when 0.4 releases gets its public release, or before if you join the paying tiers on Patreon. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this update.
